Your new username to access IT resources will be created for you the day after your initial enrolment. The format of the username will be:- firstname.lastname (maximum 20 characters)

If there is more than one person with the same name, subsequent usernames will be appended with a 2 digit number.

This site can be used to determine what your username is. Try entering your firstname.lastname or Student ID which is found on your enrolment letter and the password which initially will be your date of birth (format: DDMMYYYY. For example if you were born on the 2nd of March 1992 your initial password would be 02031992) or ask your teacher or Client Services Centre staff member.
